Extra person charge $25 per night
Cot hire $15 per night

Office Hours

Reception hours are from 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday. Weekends and public holidays 8am to 5pm. A key night safe is provided for after hour check ins.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. Where a booking has been confirmed by a receipt of a deposit the tariff quoted will be honoured.

Room Allocation

All efforts will be made by management to place guests in the requested room category. Where circumstances beyond our control prevent this, an alternative room category will be allocated.

Cancellations

Cancellation or date changes are required at least 24 hours (1 day) prior to arrival.

If cancellation or date changes are made more than 24 hours (1 days) prior to arrival, no cancellation fees apply.

Cancellations or date changes made within 24 hours (1 day) of arrival will be charged the full amount of the booking for any rooms held.

Payment Options

A credit card is required as guarantee at the time of booking. Full accommodation and any incidentals is to be settled on departure.

The property accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex.

Personal cheques are NOT accepted as a method of payment on check out
